Since forming TimeDoc Health in 2015, Will and team have supported hundreds of provider groups and healthcare organizations, connected with patients millions of times, and continue to drive forward on their mission to help in the fight against chronic disease and complex healthcare by delivering care management services to all who can benefit. 

Fun fact, he has watched nearly all 40 seasons of Survivor.

Paul Helmuth, MD

Medical Director

With more than 25 years experience as a primary care physician in a private practice setting, PJ holds board certifications in internal medicine and pediatrics. Previously, he served as Medical Director of Quality & Population Health for the largest healthcare organization in western Massachusetts and has interests and expertise in clinical quality, value-based care, and virtual care.

Chief Technology Officer

John brings 10+ years of experience building software products. He has developed high-volume and scalable technology platforms and has an innate passion for building strong engineering teams. John’s absolute favorite food is potatoes.

With over 20 years of operations experience with high-growth organizations such as Ibotta and Lego, Zev leads the Care Management, Client Service, and Business Intelligence organizations in support of our growing client portfolio. As a subject matter expert in support and service methodology, with a focus on efficiency management, and metric-based performance measurement – Zev is helping to take TimeDoc to the next level.

Vice President, Care Management

Sarah brings over 10 years of experience in clinical operations within the acute, primary care, post acute, and behavioral health spaces. Focused on new program development and implementations, Sarah helps drive improved patient outcomes and provider success, especially within underrepresented populations. She is passionate about guiding patients through the health system in a way that increased their self advocacy and health literacy skills.

Curt Ginder, MD

Chief Medical Officer

Curt is a data scientist by training, developing tools to automate clinical workflows and utilize EHR data to personalize care delivery and coordination. He is also an internal medicine resident physician at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Curt likes to work on lowering his average golf score to be under his average bowling score in his free time.

Bob brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to TimeDoc having spent the last 20+ years managing the finance operations at some of the largest and most recognizable organizations in the healthcare industry such as Livongo and Oak Street Health.

Before joining TimeDoc, James held marketing leadership positions supporting the growth of some of the most recognizable brands in healthcare including HCA, Yale New Haven Hospital, Cigna, Elsevier, and Medecision. Leveraging his extensive experience in the healthcare market, James provides a strategic outlook that helps to deliver on growth targets and client value.
