Time would fail me if I tried to list all of the positive things I love about working for TimeDoc. I had been with my previous employer for nearly 15 years, so admittedly, when the opportunity at TimeDoc first presented itself, I was hesitant to accept the position. Once I did though, I quickly came to see what a wonderful decision it was! During my comparatively shorter time here at TimeDoc, I have felt more appreciated and recognized, and have even been trusted with the privilege of being recently promoted into a leadership position as Enrollment Operations Lead. In this new position, I still get to do what I love to do, which is speak with patients and help enroll them in programs that are meant to improve their quality of life. In addition, I am also learning how to help in other areas of the organization and learn new skills, such as QA. More importantly, I feel honored to work for a company who truly and sincerely cares about the health and well-being of their patients, employees and clients alike. I am amazed by the transparency, approachability, and support from leadership, the opportunities for growth personally and professionally, and the true camaraderie I've experienced since joining TimeDoc. Working remotely from Eastern Pennsylvania, I am deeply involved in crafting tailored solutions for our clients, ensuring that our virtual care management services seamlessly integrate into their existing care paradigms. What excites me about TimeDoc is our proactive approach to adapting to healthcare's changing landscape, providing scalable solutions that fill critical gaps in care for large hospital systems.

TimeDoc Health posts all of its current job openings on its Careers page. All applications are received and reviewed by our People Operations team, who will respond to your application by email if you are selected to take assessments or schedule a video interview through our Calendly links. If you are selected for an interview you will receive a Google Meet invite and will talk via video or phone with one of our recruiters or hiring managers.
